1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing q689.pro, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and q689. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

4. Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately for JazzCash and Easypa isa transfers. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• q689 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are available for betting immediately once credited to your account balance.

5. Withdrawals

Before your first withdrawal, your identity verification must be complete. This is a one-time process. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are processed without additional documentation unless q689's compliance team has a specific reason to request it.

• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the specific promotion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

q689 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The terms below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
